Abstract

|
|
Five cases of the biliary tract disease under the age of 15 during the three year period, from 1965 to 1967.
Two out of five cases had bile peritonitis without revealing gross rupture of gall bladder, remaining two having ascaris in the common duct and last one having cholecystitis with a stone in common duct.
Two death resulted, one from bile peritonitis two days post-operatively and the other, 38 hrs. after the removal of the common duct.
